Dat Du Dat

"It's a sexual liberation song if you want to get philosophical about it. I think guys wish girls would have the kind of attitude I'm singing about more often. Man-hating songs are over. I'd be lost without men in my life."Dat Du Dat will be instantly familiar to the thousands of fans who wondered who the girl supporting Justin Timberlake in Australia and New Zealand was last November. Paris was hand-picked by JT after passing a very public audition on the first night of his FutureSex/ LoveSounds Australian tour. From there it was all systems go – Paris went from quitting her day job to sunbaking with the king of pop in a matter of weeks. Until then Paris Wells' biggest audience was at tiny underground Melbourne club St Jeromes. This is where the single's video sees Paris return to the scene of her rhymes. "Everything came to life that night. I did not drop my energy levels for the whole day. All my friends were there. It was like a 21st. I busted out all my moves. It was a 14 hour party, just with the same song over and over again."While Dat Du Dat shows one very forceful side of Paris Wells, there's more to be discovered on her album. "This is a good in your face introduction," Paris says. "I have a lot more to me though. I don't want to show all my cards just yet."
