Bliss n Eso Show Tickets & Hottest 100 Success

A second and final ticket release is now on sale for the upcoming Bliss N Eso show at Sydney's Metro Theatre. The show on February 20 will be filmed for a DVD which will be included in a limited edition version of their ARIA Award winning album, Flying Colours, due out later in 2009. Tickets are selling quickly with the first allocation ticket release selling out in 3 days.


In other news, Bliss N Eso joined MGMT, The Presets, Kings of Leon, Vampire Weekend, Birds of Tokyo and The Grates in becoming one of the only groups to feature three tracks in the 2008 Triple J Hottest 100. Eye of the Storm (#40), The Sea is Rising (#61) and Woodstock 2008 (#94) were all featured in the iconic countdown, capping off a year of overwhelming support from the station and its listeners.


Supporting Bliss N Eso on their one-off Metro show are the UK's Motley and 2009's buzz kid Pez, whose track Festival Song reached the #7 slot on the Hottest 100.
